Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients give us a door code or lockbox and get a photo sign-off when we finish. If you’d rather be home, that’s perfectly fine too.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — every crew arrives fully stocked with eco-friendly, pet- and kid-safe products and commercial-grade equipment. Prefer we use something of yours? Just leave it out with a note.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the area free of charge. That’s our 200% re-clean promise, in writing on every invoice.
